Order Processing

We saddle up quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Detroit warehouse.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Some remote areas in Asia and other locations may experience longer delivery times or additional restrictions.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact – just like when they left our Detroit warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bits & Accessories (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Nosebands (for the same hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or special order items (including personalized tack)
  • Any used or damaged merchandise

Simple Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our rider-staffed support team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, including all tags and protective materials
  4. Ship Back – Send to our Detroit address using a trackable shipping method (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Receive Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style? Follow the same steps as above, but specify “Exchange” in your email and include the new item you’d prefer from our selection of saddles, tack, or rodeo equipment.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days after we get it):

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to your original Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items
