• Barrel racing and rodeo events
• Ranch work and daily riding
• Therapeutic riding programs
• General horse care and training

What We Offer

We specialize in western-style equestrian equipment including:

• Specialty saddles (barrel racing, cutting, etc.)
• Quality horse tack (bits, headstalls, breast collars)
• Ranch and rodeo gear (calf ropes, dally wraps)
• Protective equipment and horse care items

Product Accuracy

We strive to describe our gear as accurately as a seasoned cowboy describes his favorite horse, but please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences
• All measurements are approximate
• Product availability can change faster than a spooked mustang

3. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order with us, you’re promising:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You’re authorized to use the payment method

All transactions are processed in USD. Your card will be charged when we saddle up your order for shipping.

Order Processing

We don’t dawdle – orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) from our Detroit warehouse.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We currently don’t ship to certain Asian regions – check with us if unsure.

Delivery Issues

If your gear doesn’t arrive as expected:

• Track your package using the provided tracking number
• Contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance
• Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused with original tags and packaging
• You’ve contacted us first for a return authorization
• Non-returnable items include:
  • Bits & Accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Nosebands
  • Custom/special order items
  • Used or damaged merchandise

Return Process

2. Wait for our return authorization
3. Ship items back to our Detroit address using trackable service
4. Allow 3-5 business days for refund processing after we receive your return

Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made an error.
